I tried again, this time with a different type of cloth. I feel that this attempt was more successful. This one came out a lot more sturdy.
He's not shiny like the other one, but this particular Chibi Robo shouldn't fall apart...
Yes, I am aware that Chibi-Robo is supposed to be four inches tall. This one is well over a foot tall (the 60GB Chibi-Robo). This is due partially to a miscalculation, but it is also difficult to make a plushie that small without the cloth fraying.
