Description
Furfuryans are also called "forest demons" even though they are actually very gentle and benevolent creatures. Arsenians say they are evil and spread stories about them stalking people lost in the woods. It gives them an excuse to hunt them for their antlers.
Furfuryans are closely related to floiidyans. They're somewhat amorphous, especially in their tentacle/wings. They can use these to climb trees, turn them into wings to fly, or use them for very delicate tasks. All furfuryans have a cape-like extension on their backs. Splithian scientists believe that this is either leftover from when they were less evolved or it is there to use as identification.
Females and males have antlers, but males' antlers are much larger and golden, whereas females have smaller, silver antlers...like the picture. Male and female furfuryans grow very tall, sometimes as tall as 9ft. They are omnivorous, foraging for edible plants and mushrooms as well as hunting and setting up traps for small to medium size prey.

Say there was an evil Furfuryan who made it's way to earth. Since humans aren't as able to fully see them, the would only see parts of it (say, the head and the arms). Would that be how the legend of Slenderman arose among humans?
