NOVA Plushie

There are two reasons why I like Nova.

The first is that he reminds me of a customer service employee.... Some clown is telling you what to do, and you don't want to do it, but you have to because it's your job. People want to blow up your head and at the end of the day, you feel like jumping into the sun/hanging yourself.

The other reason is because as a kid, I was fascinated with comets. I have my own characters based on comets, like mornglorious...which is based on a comet and a morning glory.

This...was NOT easy to make... If you look at the picture, you'll notice a small note that says "Prototype, non-replenishable". That's a fancy way to say I'm not making it again. I'll make Nova again if someone commissions him, but that's the only way.

Nova wins the award for most difficult plushie I've ever made as well as the award for messiest project. But complaining aside, I am very proud....which is why I've been typing so much here.

I'd like to thank the Kirby Wiki for their reference on Nova's appearance ([link]), the people at work for saying I was doing a good job so I didn't give up, Hancock Fabrics for giving me huge discounts and lots of remnants, and I'd especially like to thank for being awesome and buying sushi for me when I finished and made a wish.

I really like this thing, I'm proud of myself for doing it and I'll now shut up. Thank you all
