Weather Sorcerer

This is a character I designed for my class. His original name was "GoKart Mozart"...it's a reference to a Mannfred Mann song. I'm trying to come up with a better name for him, but so far I have nothing.

He's like an evil symphony conductor who controls weather. He uses his power to force the small towns on the moon of Hurin-Hurin to obey his commands.
